Wounded Philadelphia officer shoots attacker; suspect pledges allegiance to ISIS

A Philadelphia police officer is shot by a man that says that he did it for allah and ISIS.

The officer was shot in the arm ,twice, it broke his bone and severed a major artery. Then he still got out of the car to shoot the man so he wouldn't  get away. The weapon he used was a stolen police firearm. It was reported stolen in 2013.
