Serial Killer Captured:

Andres Ulises Castillo

After being off the radar since 2009, the police has been able to capture Andres Ulises Castillo Villarreal, who has been convicted of three murder cases. This serial killer gotten arrested in Chihuahua and prosecutors have claimed that he is also connected to 12 other murder cases that has happened in the past. For the three recent victims, Andres has beaten two of the victims and has torn the bodies apart. As for the third victim, he was found buried in his home. I believe this is a gruesome situation where it has made me realize that not all people are who they say they are and have no self control. Andres’ motives were for only sexual pleasure and money so the victims have not deserved any of this, it was justice that has brought  Andres behind bars.
