Gun Control

On Tuesday, of the new year President Barack Obama showed as president that he must make a vital decision to control the use of guns, but as a father and angered citizen he showed emotion in front of cameras after having recalled the Connecticut shooting. He has a few days left before his State of the Union address and his last few days have so far been dedicated to having background checks and other stricter checks on private gun sales. As a citizen of the United States I believe that openly carrying weapons should not be something we want to do, but unfortunately it is something we have to do. Placing restrictions and stricter checks I am in hopes will help establish a safer environment. As always we must work together to stop gun violence as we are one nation united.
