Musical Prodigies are Made In The Slums of Kenya
When many think about musicians playing classical music they picture fancy people dressed in expensive suits performing in a formal area. But now, that’s not the case for underprivileged children living in poverty in Nairobi, Kenya. Now they are given the opportunity to perform music in a program called “Ghetto Classics”. They teach over 300 children every week and the tuition is free. This is a great opportunity because music is something that should be in the lives of everyone.
