CHARGED WITH DRIVING CAR ALMOST   TOTALLY COVERED IN SNOW.

On January 21,2016 in Toronto , Canada a 80-year-old man was charged after driving a car that was almost completely covered in snow with only a portion of the driver's side windshield cleared for vision. The man, whose name was not released, was charged with having an obstructed view. The man who was charged told the police he was to old and to weak to brush all of it off , he was just going on a little drive around. The police tweeted the picture shown above with the caption "Can't make this stuff up," "Driver charged today in Brussels actually driving like this."
