Drug Lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Captured

Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman captured two weeks ago for the second time after escaping prison for the second time in Mexico. Mexican Officials thinking about transferring El Chapo to a United States penitentiary to avoid anymore escapes. While many do not think transferring him is a good idea it may prevent him from escaping.
