Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid                                                Banned From  Two Transfer Windows!

       The Madrid clubs,Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are officially banned from the transfer window until the 2017 summer transfer window.Meaning that both clubs will not be able to sign new players for their club as of the end of this month.The reason for this is because both clubs broke the transfer window's rules on the international transfer and registration of players aged under 18.I believe this punishment is fair for breaking the rules like Barcelona did on April 2014,they received the same punishment,and their ban is almost lifted.
