Officers Shooting Investigation

Police in Raleigh, North Carolina, say state authorities are investigating after an officer shot and killed a man there. Rolanda Brynd, the mother of the 24 year old that got killed said that the police had no reason to shoot him. Police haven’t released the identity of the man who was shot. They identified the officer involved as a Senior officer. The 29 year-old officer, who has worked for the department since, 2009, has been placed on administrative duty pending the completion of the state's investigation into the shooting, police said.
