Birthday Balloon doesn't bring cheer

A man from Portland, Oregon was devastated to find his little girl lifeless under a helium balloon. It seems the 8 year old girl was trying to suck the helium out of the balloon but ended up covering her face and ultimately suffocating herself in the process. Pat McGloghlon, victim’s grandmother, said her son was doing CPR for almost an hour, however at this point I don’t think anything further could’ve been done. My condolences are with the family .
