A Cheap Smartphone What?!?!

The Freedom 251 Smartphone was released by Ringing bells in India this past Wednesday. It totals out to only be a total of 251 rupees which is $3.65 American dollars. It has been taken as a joke my many including the president of the Intra Cellular Association. He said that even using such components to make a phone it should still cost about $40.00. The phone has a 4 inch display, a 1.3GHz quad core processor and 8GB of storage. It is in the market and one can see for themselves just how true this claim is.
