Tafoya-Montano, an American Airlines flight attendant was charged for ‘destruction of aircraft or aircraft facilities’. On February 1st, a plane flying from Dallas to Detroit started filling up with smoke. The pilot announced that there was a fire on board and the flight had to switch paths and land at a nearer airport. The FBI discovered that the fire had been started by a flight attendant. The court released him but he is not allowed to enter a plane without the court’s permission.
