Brussels attacks

Investigators believe Salah Abdeslam likely planned to be part of an attack orchestrated by the same ISIS cell that carried out attacks at Brussels airport and in the metro Tuesday, a senior Belgian counterterrorism official told CNN's Paul Cruickshank. Abdeslam, who was involved with last year's Paris terror attacks, was arrested in Belgium after a shootout last week.
